Who we are

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive the name, email address and message you type. Nothing else is collected through the form. If you email or telephone us instead, we hold whatever details you choose to give.

Our web host records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used only to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to progress it. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our own mailbox. The website and the mailbox are hosted by IONOS in the European Union and the United Kingdom. No other third parties receive your details unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and for no more than twelve months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry becomes a tenancy, lease or other agreement, in which case the details form part of that record.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, object to our use of them, or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@namligroup.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice, so that we do not ask again. That preference stays on your device and is not sent to us.

If we add optional analytics in future, they will run only after you choose "Allow optional" in the notice. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
